Whats your shipping policy? 

We currently only ship to mainland UK.

Royal Mail tracked 48hr - £3.80 - 3-4 working days

I am a one woman band. I try my best to get your orders packed and shipped within 3 days but of course life happens. I will post any shipping updates on the shops Instagram page

I am an indie author and want to see you to sell my books!

Well first off thank you so much for thinking of us! You're awesome! Secondly, we've got a little form you can fill out with all the details of your book. As long as you've written a romance book and are an Indie author then your in with a good shot. well stock a a few copies of your book at first to get a feel for it and then well look at increasing our stock.

please note we DO NOT accept any work that has been created using A.I.

whats your refund/exchange policy?

We accept returns with a few conditions. Firstly, there is a 14 day returns period. Once your package has been delivered to you, you have 2 weeks to request a return if needed. Once those 2 weeks has passed we are unable to accept any returns.

All returns MUST be in the same condition as it was received -unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if this condition is not met.

To request a return, please email us at admin@moonlitchapters.co.uk or use the form on the website. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning your package. Once we've received your package, you will be sent an email and your refund. If you want an exchange, return the book  and then simply buy which ever book you wish to swap it for.
