Refund policy

We accept returns with a few conditions. Firstly, there is a 14 day returns period. Once your package has been delivered to you, you have 2 weeks to request a return if needed. Once those 2 weeks has passed we are unable to accept any returns.

All returns MUST be in the same condition as it was received -unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if this condition is not met.

To request a return, please email us at admin@moonlitchapters.co.uk . You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning your package. Once we've received your package, you will be sent an email and your refund. If you want an exchange, return the book  and then simply buy which ever book you wish to swap it for.
